Hey! I am Disha. I currently work as a Junior Consultant in Planisware. I have a background in software engineering paired with a Masters in Engineering with Management from King's College London. I have also worked in the UK education sector as a tutor and mentor for Young Adults and 11+ exam prospects. I am passionate about software tools, consulting, and mentoring. Wilmer Palmares

Wilmer (Wil) Palmares works within the asset management team at CoinShares, the leading European alternatives asset manager specialising in digital assets. He leads the retail investor distribution business, working with the top investment platforms in Europe. Previously, Wilmer worked in business development at Fireblocks, a scale-up fintech within the digital assets industry, and as an analyst at BlackRock as part of the ETF product development team - responsible for the commercial strategy and success of new ETF and Index Mutual Fund product launches, structural innovation, and product enhancements. Wilmer is an advocate for mental wellbeing, and used to sit on the operating committee and was a lead meditation host for the BlackRock Mindfulness network, and was a BlackRock Mental Health Ambassador. Outside of work, Wilmer enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking and beach volleyball.
