Amy is driven by a belief that technology should be accessible and accountable to everyone, especially communities historically and systemically excluded from the digital world. Their prior experience in direct service, policy, philanthropy, and capacity-building organizations has fueled Amy's work to create meaningful, inclusive, and compassionate community engagement and educational opportunities for organizations around the world.
Amy has had the privilege to present at conferences around the round, be a guest on podcasts, and author contributions in various books and magazines. Amy's most recent book is The Tech That Comes Next: How Changemakers, Philanthropists, and Technologists Can Build an Equitable World co-authored with Afua Bruce. Their previous books include Social Change Anytime Everywhere, co-authored with Allyson Kapin, which was a Terry McAdam Book Award finalist, and Social by Social.
In addition to Amy's work at NTEN, they are also active locally and globally in supporting, learning from, and contributing to the power of other organizers and leaders. Amy is the chair of the Portland Elections Commission, a board member for Social Current, a Steering Committee member for Invest in Open Infrastructure, and a formal and informal advisor to a number of nonprofit, technology, and digital inclusion initiatives. 
Mary Stelletello, MA, MBA brings 30 years experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors to her coaching and consulting work in the areas of governance, leadership development, strategy development, strategic partnerships, training, facilitation and organizational capacity building.
Mary is a certified professional coach with the Coaches Training Institute and credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She uses these skills with nonprofit executives, board leaders and management staff to strengthen their abilities and skills to guide organizations to excellence and in strategic partnership facilitation.
Mary is known for her depth of experience “walking in the shoes” of CEOs and board leaders and working in networks. She brings a dedication to social impact, a can-do attitude and commitment to partnering with clients to deliver high quality, on-time, extraordinary results. Mary facilitates with an inclusive and engaging style. All with an element of fun!
Mary designs and facilitates learning communities for executive directors and emerging leaders and capacity building workshops in the areas of strategic planning, governance and program impact. Mary customizes trainings that are culturally responsive and interactive. Mary co-facilitates Leadership Advanced – a leadership learning community consisting of a blended cohort of executive directors and senior managers.
