You never grow alone but always with a community!
I’ve believed this since the day I stumbled into the world of Community Building. From being a fresh graduate figuring out his purpose to earning the Global Community Professional of the Year 2020 award, my journey has always been about connecting people, building relationships, and creating impact.
But in 2021, I decided to hit reset. After years of hustling in the fast-paced life of Bangalore’s startup ecosystem, I came to Goa, seeking a slower, more mindful way of living. This transition wasn’t just about a change in location—it was a complete reinvention. I stepped out of the corporate grind, embraced new hobbies, built a fresh circle of creative minds, and explored uncharted paths in my career.
Today, I wear multiple hats:
As a Coach, I run Coach Wisba, helping people uncover new perspectives and navigate personal growth journeys with clarity and purpose.
As a Retreat Creator, I lead SwaKaash, where I teach better habits, mindfulness, and the art of slow living to people seeking meaningful experiences.
As an Emcee and Facilitator, I bring energy, storytelling, and engagement to corporate events, leadership workshops, and team-building activities.
As a Community Builder, I’ve built thriving communities, collaborated with global giants like Microsoft and Facebook, and trained people to become professional community managers through Community Folks.
In the past, I’ve worn many other hats—startup consultant, community strategist, content creator, QA, and even a TEDx speaker. Every role has added a layer to my perspective, but the mission has always stayed the same:
Mai achi baatein batana chahta hun.
Mai achi aadatein sikhana chahta hun.
Mai ache insaan banana chahta hun.
The decision to embrace a slower, more intentional life in Goa has reshaped how I work and live. It inspired me to create initiatives like SwaKaash, focused on slow living and meaningful experiences. Whether I’m coaching someone one-on-one, curating a SwaKaash, or hosting a leadership event, my focus is on enabling people to connect deeply—with themselves and with others.
I’m also in the process of building a larger vision under the name Better Humans, where all the communities will come together to form something truly transformative.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me trying new hobbies, exploring Goa, dancing to techno, doing explosive workouts, following Manchester United, or cracking one-liners with a punch of motivation.
If you believe in the power of connection and want to collaborate, I’m just a ping away!

Proficient in programming, data visualization, business strategy, and translating analytics-based solutions for complex problems.
When, not at work, you will find me active in open-source communities, participating and mentoring parliamentary debates, and restaurant reviewing over Zomato!
