With more than 7 years of project management experience in social protection, climate adaptation, sustainable development and WaSH, I have been working regularly with government agencies, research institutes, donors and development partners. As a researcher and policy consultant, I use findings from studies to shape strategic recommendations and advocacy messages that are analytical and nuanced, and easily understandable for different actors. While there are a lot of good ideas and solutions floating around, transforming ideas into tangible outputs is a challenge in our sector. And this is where my strength is, in communicating complex things simply, moving beyond siloes and getting stuff done! In my current role as the Technical Advisor for Social Protection and Climate at the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, I am working on strengthening social protection systems and their response to climate risks, across Sahel, Africa. In addition, I am working with GIZ Cambodia and Development Pathways, for two very interesting projects in the Asia-Pacific. I am passionate about the environment, intersectional feminism and equal rights. Let's get in touch!
