As a Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence lecturer, trainer, coach, and consultant, I am deeply curious about the profound effect Mindfulness & meditation can have in the transforming of challenge into purpose and awakening, both for individuals and organizations. Through my work, I provide high-level achievers (entrepreneurs, educators, corporate leaders) with tools that enhance their mental health and emotional intelligence, so that they can maintain productivity without burnout. Much of my university research revolves around how mindfulness can retain its traditional authenticity and integrity, whilst being taught in secularized institutions of higher education and business for the betterment of humankind.
