I am a trusted partner on impact for fifteen years, working across six continents with over 200 organisations. I am a proud father of three (incl. a set of twins), three hens and Bertie the Spaniel. Along with my wife, we are converting an abandoned 1 acre hill site in rural Ireland into a biodiverse habitat for wildlife, family and organic food production. If there's time, triathlon's and coaching U9s rugby keeps me busy.

Alexis is a pioneer advocate in the theory of equity through fairness in the carbon markets, allow impact finance to deploy at scale in the global south under the Paris Agreement era. He is the CEO & founder of ALLCOT a company that works with communities, organizations and governments around the world on climate actions to accelerate the transition to Net Zero. ALLCOT's goal is to impact the 2030 Agenda, especially the Climate Action SDG through projects and solutions with triple impact: environmental, social and economic, using four lines of action: 1. Sustainability strategies: innovative, comprehensive, customized solutions based on sound scientific research to measure, reduce and offset greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and generate socioeconomic benefits through the SDGs. 2. Project development & implementation: carbon projects implemented in developing countries, which have the participation of communities as a central axis, empowering them to exercise governance over their territory. 3. Passionate about Knowledge Graphs, Deep Tech, and Carbon Markets, with a proven track record of launching and scaling novel products and ventures. Currently at Temasek, I explore innovations across technology, finance, and sustainability, while also supporting Temasek Trust’s initiatives in biodiversity and carbon markets. — At the World Bank, I contributed to the Climate Warehouse initiative and helped operationalize the Climate Action Data Trust (CAD Trust) with IETA and the Government of Singapore. As Product Lead for eMobility and eRoaming at Voltality, I led the launch of the largest eRoaming network in ASEAN with over 80% of market coverage. During the pandemic, I also played a key role in building the technology infrastructure to distribute over 32 million masks, ART kits, and contact tracing tokens across Singapore through unattended touch-points. — Throughout my studies, I completed internships at Temasek, DBS Bank, Zenyum, SAP, and Climate Impact X.
