Hello! My name is Jay.
Started in crypto last quarter of year 2018 as a GAW assistant and i continually improved my skills in social media community management, growth, and partnership/collaboration, I am confident in my ability to build and engage online communities. I am excited about the opportunity to apply my skills and experience to help companies and organizations establish and grow their online presence.
I have a diverse background, having worked in various industries including document control, food production, warehousing, and kitchen operations. In the past 5 years, I have been specializing in social media community management with a focus on community moderation, growth, and partnership/collaboration.
During my career, I have gained over 2 years of experience working with Ava Labs, the team behind Avalanche network, as well as serving as the former head of community for Imperium Empire for 6 months, community manager for Huobi Global Exchange for 1.5 years, part-time moderator for Arable Protocol, and community moderator for Crabada.com, the most epic game on Avalanche network, on Telegram and Discord. Most recently, I was the Guild Leader for Aurora Filipino Guild at Aurora Dao (Aurora Network).
Duties & Responsibilities
-Growth and management of online & offline Community Create, Translate, and proofread content
-Moderate social media platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
-Assist in organising online and offline events and meet-ups
-Uses social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints
