I am a product and technology leader with over 20 years of experience building world class teams in online media, advertising technology, social media, and ecommerce. I have a passion for creating innovative and engaging products and leading high performing teams. I have built and led teams at major companies like Microsoft, Pandora, and SiriusXM, as well as mid-sized companies such as Bark, MediaMath, Yieldmo, and TRAFFIQ. I have also been an entrepreneur who has successfully founded four companies from the ground up, with two of them resulting in exits. I have a history of driving improvements in revenue, performance, job satisfaction, and significant change management. My teams have fundamentally transformed and improved products, organizations, companies and even industries. I've been in leadership roles at publicly traded companies, have experience with SOX and other compliance issues. And I've written and helped drive successful implementation of global product and business strategies at major corporations. My core leadership principal is to lead with Kindness. This is different from being 'nice', which isn't always the correct approach. By being kind, we can set up an environment of transparency, trust and collaboration, while still being able to strive for excellence, innovation and high performance. I have actively participated in 14 acquisitions, either as a buyer or a seller, and I have been a member of numerous deal teams for significant industry partnerships and acquisitions. I have also been a member of the executive committee of the Board of Directors at the IAB Tech Lab, and have been awarded multiple patents and written hundreds of publications in the field of digital advertising, media and privacy.
