I currently serve as a Program Manager at the Avalanche Foundation, where I lead the Retro9000 grant program - Avalanche’s $40M+ retroactive funding initiative designed to support ecosystem growth and innovation by rewarding teams building impactful projects across the Avalanche ecosystem. I also support infraBUIDL() and infraBUIDL(AI), grant programs focused on accelerating the development of critical infrastructure and AI-powered tooling on Avalanche. In this role, I coordinate strategy, program execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure our initiatives drive meaningful ecosystem impact. I work closely with engineering, BD, and marketing teams to evaluate proposals, manage grantee relationships, and continuously refine program operations based on builder feedback and market trends.
With over 6 years of experience as a Certified Blockchain Solution Architect (CBSA) and Business Development leader, I bring a hybrid approach that combines technical fluency with go-to-market strategy. My background includes shaping blockchain and Web3 initiatives across verticals such as RWAs, NFTs, metaverse, and AI integration. Beyond program execution, I actively contribute to community development, brand positioning, and ecosystem research. I engage with builders and partners at global events, represent Avalanche Foundation initiatives on stage and in public forums, and help translate market insights into actionable strategy. My work often includes conducting SWOT analyses to evaluate opportunities, uncover risks, and support informed decision-making across ecosystem growth efforts.
