• Exceptional experience with Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 Server, Windows XP to windows11 operating systems, and Linux Red hat.
• Hands on knowledge of VMware ESXi from 5.0 to ESXi 6 including Hyper-V.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, Web Services.
• Many years of experience in the use of diagnostic tools in the troubleshooting of issues.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts as they pertain to virtualization, Storage.
• Experience with Exchange Servers 2007 and 2010.
• Excellent experience troubleshooting, expert in supporting new and legacy systems, including hardware, software and applications.
• Strong background in multi-protocol, multi-platform networks, systems, application; with solid hands on experience of installation, configuration, administration and systems engineering, great understanding of network, systems, VPN, APS, Wireless, disaster recovering, securing, auditing, monitoring, supporting of servers, workstations, laptops, network, appliances ,applications, backup processes ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Experience in planning and implementing large-scale projects on time and within budgetary constraints.

o Network Security, Windows, Linux.
o CCNA.
o Bachelor of Science Degree | Major in Electrical Engineering.
