Moritz Gekeler (PhD) is a facilitator, coach and strategic consultant for future-ready work and co-creation. His passion is to enable people from diverse professional, organizational, and cultural backgrounds to collaborate effectively and with joy. In 2018, he co-founded mermaid & broccoli with his business partners Susanne Schluckebier and Bernadette Büsgen. The company offers learning formats for executives to help them better deal with complex situations and make their organizations future-proof. They also train facilitators who want to establish new working methods and approaches in organizations and teams. We are offering a portal that provides users with access to virtual learning journeys and a growing number of creative working methods (currently around 100). With his second company – dolaborate – Moritz supports foundations, NGOs, and startups in working more effectively together. For example, he has been working with a group of feminist activists from different Asian countries for the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, helping them develop innovative concepts for advocacy work.
