I'm a leadership and organizational development expert with over 8 years of experience working with top-tier organizations in industries such as retail, technology, and entertainment. With a PhD in Organizational Psychology, I take a scientific approach to leadership development, leveraging the latest research and best practices to drive results.
After spending several years in the entertainment industry, I decided to pursue my true passion and build my own coaching and consulting business. As a certified leadership coach, I've had the privilege of helping countless business leaders and entrepreneurs across various industries achieve their goals through my innovative coaching philosophy and framework. I've also recently completed a book on the leadership mindset, drawing on my experiences and in-depth interviews with industry professionals.
