I (Kathiravan Natarajan, widely known as "Kathir") completed my Master's in AI, Machine learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. As a programmer and Machine Learning Engineer, I gain insights from a large amount of data and create intelligent machine learning models to solve several industrial challenges using technologies.
✅I published my research articles: “Hand Gesture Controlled Drones: An Open Source Library” at the International Conference on Data Intelligence and Security (ICDIS 2018) and also “An Empirical Study on Network Anomaly Detection Using Convolutional Neural Networks” at the IEEE 38th International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS).
✅I have held different roles in various domains, including banking, consumer analytics, Internet of Things(IoT), telecom, and automotive🚙. I have comprehensive domain knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Distributed/Cluster and Cloud computing are my favorites in the technology stack, which I leverage to solve various complex problems in the telecom, banking, automotive, and tech sectors.
As a night owl, I do most of my best work in the late evening. 
With over 10 years of experience in building and leading data & ML related systems and teams, I am the co-founder and CEO of DAGWorks, a startup that helps data practitioners & engineers move faster with data, ML and AI work. We drive two open source projects Hamilton (DAGs/pipelines) and Burr (workflows/agents) to that endeavor. I am also a Y Combinator alum, StartX alum, and a Stanford graduate with a Master of Science in Computer Science with Distinction in Research.
My passion is to make others more successful with data, by bridging the gap between data science, machine learning, engineering, and business; specifically how do you go from prototype product to a production grade one. I have expertise in data platforms, model lifecycles, featurization, model serving systems, as well as in natural language processing, speech recognition, and spoken dialog systems. I am a proficient Python developer and a polymath engineer who can work with multiple languages and technologies, where I have often product managed the initiatives I drive. I also contribute to open source projects and advise other startups in the data space. I value good leadership, company culture, and innovation, and I strive to be a humble and effective leader who empowers and enables my team to solve challenging and interesting problems. 
Chuanyu is currently a 3D AI research engineer at Meshy, exploring future 3D modeling tools. He received a master's degree in EECS at UC Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in CS at Tsinghua University (Beijing, China). His working and research interest lies in Computer Graphics and 3D Vision, aiming to enhance machines' 3D perception and create 3D Mixed Reality.
His interested areas include but are not limited to:

Outside work and research, he enjoys billiard, playing guitar, and making music.
