I am a business operator with an MBA specializing in B2B SaaS. I have experience running a software company and leading sales, business development, customer success, product, and marketing.
For three years I managed three global enterprise software companies (ARR $1-$5M) that saw an increase in revenue for six DevOp tools. I led enterprise sales deals (>$100K ARR) and expanded customer accounts while managing and training staff. I also led technology operations including backend upgrades, product development, and integration partnerships. KPIs were used throughout the process to measure success.
From sales to product development to marketing, I am passionate about understanding the customer. For every conversation with a current or new customer, I seek to find out their use case, pain points, and impact. From this key information, we can create tailored messaging (website, emails, blogs, ads, etc) and products for our customers.
As an entrepreneur who loves solving problems, I will experiment and find solutions on my own or by leveraging resources. In addition, I love supporting entrepreneurs through mentoring. Recently, I used my entrepreneurial spirit to run for local politics to address issues related to the environment, housing, and transportation.
