Stephen is a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition and Business Development Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Human Capital industry, across multiple verticals. He first began his professional career in finance after receiving his degree in Organizational Management Studies from Gettysburg College. After working for a Corporate Bond Brokerage and Mortgage Lender he established himself as a leader in the Talent Acquisition sector. Stephen ran a full life cycle recruiting desk specializing in technology, supporting angel-funded startups through Fortune 50 Companies. He later advanced his knowledge and skills, transitioning to Executive Retained Search. Here he was exposed to high-profile confidential executive searches, across the Aerospace, Private Equity, Finance, Energy, Consumer Goods, and Service Industries. Currently, he has transitioned to Corporate Recruiting for ATI, managing the talent acquisition infrastructure for ATI and 19+ acquisitions. He plays a key role in integrating acquired companies, managing the recruiting teams' KPIs, providing reporting to the Board and Private Equity group, aligning compensation and incentive plans across the organization, and strategically filling key leadership positions for ATI. Stephen has ingrained himself in the Restoration Industry and has been recognized a SME with multiple public speaking engagements. 
I am responsible for expanding eVestment's presence as a global institutional database and Market Intelligence provider to Asset Managers, across all asset classes, as well as institutional investors within North America.
I provide access to additional solutions eVestment offers to asset managers, hedge funds, and GPs, that increase investor inflows. Managers are able to view themselves using the exact same tools that eVestment's institutional investors use to view them. Additionally, we provide access to our research, peer analysis capabilities, external reporting solutions and other analytical functionalities. We help connect capital to opportunity.
