I am a socially and somewhat politically active economics student at Oulu University, mastering in International Business Management. Currently, I am looking for a company to cooperate with my Master's Thesis. I've began the process with theoretical reading and I'm interested in studying change management and/or project management with a case company. I find my passion towards work in leadership, project management and strategy - in an international sustainability focused setting.
After participating in three different strategy creation and updating processes for different organizations, I feel a pull towards strategy work in a larger scale and I am hoping to work with similar issues in the future - possibly even grazing the subject in my thesis study. I love analyzing the connection of different business functions and operations and then proactively solving possible issues between them.
Generally, I'm at my best when completing different projects (sometimes simultaneously) because I love to have something fresh on my table every now and then. I am not afraid to challenge myself and in life I am driven with always wanting to learn and experience more.
During my Bachelor's, I completed a minor in languages and communication as well as in business law to broaden my knowledge base. Additionally, I was very active in student organizations. I have a strong sales & customer service background and my hobbies include e.g. webpage creation and trying out different marketing tactics, education policy discussions and dabbling with entrepreneurship. Whenever I find free time I like to spend it with my friends and family. I find jogging and dancing as things which give me an extra break from my otherwise busy schedule of work, school, advocating in positions of trust and social other activities.
