With more than 20 years of R&D experience, I have navigated through a diverse biomedical landscape from schizophrenia to sleep disorders and from CRISPR & RNA technologies to organoids & CAR-T. My scientific pursuits have led to a deeper understanding of human disease mechanisms and the building of next-generation therapeutics. I achieved these breakthroughs as a scientist who masters design, optimization and standardization, and as a leader who steers strategic development of platforms and therapeutics. I will continue to utilize all my passion, creativity, and leadership to drive the innovation of revolutionary toolkits & effective therapeutics.
