With over 10 years of experience in the fashion and automotive industries, I am a passionate and driven Staff Global Supply Manager at Tesla, where I lead a strong GSM team managing artificial leather commodities for all interiors and seating applications. I have a bachelor's degree in Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and I have studied fashion technology in Hong Kong and foreign language in Italy. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am motivated by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
In my current role, I oversee the global raw material tier 2 supply chain from design development through full lifecycle production for artificial leathers used on all interior and seating applications for Models SX3Y, Semi, and Cybertruck, for Tesla Fremont, Austin, Berlin, and Shanghai. I leverage my skills in supply planning, process improvement, and strategic procurement to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met, and to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality, logistics, finance, and legal, to support Tesla's innovation and growth. 
As the CEO of Realm of Raines Digital, I lead a digital marketing agency that partners with content creators, artists, cosplayers, gamers, small brands, small streamers, podcasters, filmmakers, and more. We provide digital marketing tools such as SEO, email marketing, brand store growth, social media marketing, content creation, and brand coaching. We aim to change the world with marketing and innovation, helping our clients reach their full potential by building the relationships with the correct audience and communities.
I have over seven years of experience in the marketing and gaming industry, working as a senior advertising manager, marketing content manager, director of marketing/communications, digital marketing director, multimedia journalist, and marketing manager for various companies and platforms. I have developed and launched new product lines, established targeted customer and industry partnership networks, integrated user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation, and monitored key marketing metrics and market segmentation models. I have also created and published engaging and SEO-optimized content for various media outlets and audiences, incorporating emerging solutions and technological advancements.
I am also an avid gamer, content creator, otaku, and blerd, with a passion for anime, art, esports, and pop culture.
