Vanessa Perez is an experienced human resources and operations professional with over 15+ years of experience. She takes a "people-first" approach to HR, working with organizational leadership to understand desired outcomes and making strategic recommendations to support strong employee engagement, while improving business practices. A strategic thinker, Vanessa enjoys balancing big-picture vision planning and the details required for data-driven decision making.
