Great sense of responsibility, having gained my employer’s trust to work unsupervised or with little supervision for extended periods of time; but entrusted with training, interviewing, inductions (with regards to HR-related tasks) but also project scoping, planning and scheduling (amongst others). Light-hearted even in stressful situations such as near deadlines, but always maintaining a professional attitude, which led to being able to keep the team focused on their current tasks to meet their deadlines. Ability to comprehend new tasks, new technologies and tools, in order to self-adapt and quickly achieve good results and meet the required goals/milestones. Bilingual; being able to speak, write, and read Spanish as well as English. In addition, moderate understanding of Italian. As a project manager, I was able to perform manual tests, streamline and creation of test plans and test cases, all the while maintaining documentation and specifications for developers while using Agile and Scrum methodologies (such as running retrospective meetings, planning, etc), but also contributing to the company with my guilty-pleasure-skill of graphic design.
