Highly self-motivated individual who is reliable, responsible, an outside-of-the-box thinker, and problem solver. Aiming to showcase the ability to adapt quickly and positively to challenging situations whilst remaining calm, focused and patient to achieve the desired end result. I have worked both as a team member and in team leadership, ensuring all target goals were achieved with favorable results. Going forward, I want to be able to utilize my knowledge and skills in a hybrid Inclusion, Diversity, Learning and Development capacity. I would love to be able to create and implement programs that is focused on employee morale, engagement, retention, and employee development through coaching, job-shadowing, online learning, career-pathing, training and team building by evaluating individual and organizational needs.
