Haidong Chen(SPR) is a Director of Solution Architect with 7+ experience in generative AI, infrastructure, data, security, and wallet. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading large teams, achieving exceptional results. Haidong led a team of 40 people at Alibaba Group responsible for data, security, and infrastructure, delivering the worldcup Cricket ICC T20 Livestream event on Daraz, and reducing hosting costs by 30%. He built and released the Generative AI product of chat with pdf (HaidongGPT) as an official product on Alibaba Cloud, and developed a data mid-platform for a world- leading automotive company at Capgemini. Haidong holds a degree in Material Physics from Fudan University, and has several certifications in cloud computing, AI, and SAFe. He is a highly skilled professional with excellent leadership, communication, and technical abilities. 
Coming from Changsha, a spicy and vibrant city in China, I've never let passion walk away from my life. Three factors could be summarized for this everlasting enthusiasm, resolute professional pursuit, in-depth hobbies and non-stopped self-improvement.
Aspired to become a quantitative analyst, specifically in the fields of algo trading and algo research, in a top-tier financial institution, I've spared no effort to accumulate professional experience, transforming me from merely a student with solid academic background into a professional who understands the industry. During my internship in Guotai Junan Securities and FieldsInvest, I was responsible for developing algorithmic trading strategies for commodity, SPIF, option, etc. Besides, I'm experienced in constructing indicators for Investor Sentiment and developing algo strategies based on them.
In addition, badminton and keyboard have always enriched my life, lifted my spirits and encouraged me to take a step ahead to improve myself. The chance to represent Chinese college students to deliver a speech on the stage of Top Brasil (an international cultural exchange program) and the experience to compete in Asia Pacific Final of CFA IRC (a global financial competition held by CFA) have helped me to achieve personal improvement by turning me into a good leader in teamwork and a good self-promoter on global market.
