Over the past six years, I’ve helped scale go-to-market and technical teams for fast-growing enterprise B2B startups in real estate tech, e-commerce and fintech SaaS, including the digital assets and blockchain space. Prior to transitioning into talent acquisition, I spent seven years as a UX Researcher, partnering closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering at companies like Dollar Shave Club and Instagram. This foundation gave me a holistic understanding of how technical and non-technical teams operate and collaborate, which continues to shape how I recruit and build high-performing teams today.
