1. BOHECO: As co-founder and CEO, I guided the company from its early stages to market leadership, achieving over 90% market share and significant financial growth. I scaled the company culture across multiple offices and secured extensive media coverage and regulatory approvals.
2. Faclon Labs: Played a crucial role in establishing and scaling this IoT startup, driving the development of smart city solutions and expanding the company's market reach.
3. Atomic.VC: Led the creation of the world's first medical device for social media anxiety and addiction, heading a multidisciplinary team to bring this innovative solution to market.

1. Government of India, World Economic Forum, Intel, INK: As Chief of Staff and Head of AI Projects, I launched and scaled AI initiatives. I managed the governmentโs AI platform and Intelโs AI for Social Good projects, leading a team of 35+ members and creating impactful AI solutions.
2. Walmart: As a Product Manager, I led a $12 billion electronics project, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Investing
1. Ikigai Group: Focused on identifying and nurturing high-potential startups, driving significant returns through strategic investments and hands-on guidance.
2. Eragon Ventures: Built and managed relationships with over 57 VCs and incubators, securing high-return investments and guiding startups from seed to Series A. I sourced and guided investments, achieving a 93% success rate.

Kanan Dhru is a 3x founder and an investor in the space of legal innovation. She has started organisations such as Lawtoons, LawForMe, and the Research Foundation for Governance in India. Her work at the intersection of law, design, and technology spans multiple countries, and she brings deep expertise in scaling social impact enterprises globally. Operational Board Member of the Legal Hackers community, Kanan is a regular speaker at conferences, panel discussions and podcasts on topics surrounding law and new technologies. Throughout her career, she has embraced diverse roles across sectors, with professional experiences at organisations such as McKinsey & Co., the World Health Organization, and The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law.
Her work has won her international awards and fellowships, including Acumen Fellowship, Fulbright Fellowship, Innovating Justice Award and recognition as a Young Connector of the Future by the Swedish Institute, to name a few. Having a Bachelors of Law from the London School of Economics and Masters in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Kanan's expertise lays in legaltech, legal innovation and human-centred design in law.
Kanan served as the Coordinator for the Convergence Centre for Law, Design and AI at Erasmus/TU Delft, focusing on interdisciplinary research and partnership building. She has also worked as the Senior Lecturer Legal Technology at the International and European Law department at The Hague University. Her work included coordinating the courses on Law, Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies as well as Cyber Security.
As a researcher at the Multilevel Regulation Research Unit at The Hague University, Kanan specialises in research at the intersection of law and technology. She forms a part of the Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence and also represents the University on projects such as AI4Intelligence, METACOG project on AI and disinformation as well as ethical, legal and social aspects of using AI for public safety.
