While at NTT Global Data Centers, I became fascinated with data centers, the backbone of AI/ML, because of their computational storage needs. I was responsible for the North American Talent Acquisition footprint, conducted Executive talent searches, and managed the NA Recruiting team. As part of my Recruiting Leadership role, I developed a talent hiring strategy (5 direct reports) for large-scale, build-to-suit wholesale data center solutions, private vaults, dedicated cages, and multi-rack deployments.
