Kenny Bae challenges his students to "leave as a better person" every day, transforming STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education with innovative new ideas.
With a proven track record in launching STEAM programs in start-up and independent school settings, Kenny is deeply committed to connecting emerging technologies with purpose-driven learning. His work has helped schools achieve national distinction, including leading Wolcott School to earn the U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Award in 2018 and, most recently, guiding Avery Coonley to the same prestigious honor in 2025 for its outstanding sustainability practices and student innovation.
Over the past two years alone at the Avery Coonley School, Kenny has supported students in earning five national awards for their innovative and sustainable projects, ranging from environmental design to sustainable solutions. Under his mentorship, student teams have presented at the FIRST Robotics World Championship and on the TEDx stage, where their ideas continue to inspire peers and professionals alike.
Kenny's gift lies in bridging the gap between bold ideas and actionable impact and connecting students, educators, and communities to opportunities that transform learning. He has been recognized by Project Green Schools (receiving their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022) and notable figures, including Jay Leno, who have publicly celebrated the work of Kenny and his students.

Carissa has a proven record of increasing conversions through aggressive in-platform testing and creative optimization. Carissa focuses on lifting auction rankings to maximize the value of her clients’ ads.
