As a founding member of Alibaba Group and Alipay in Europe, Pamela brings 17+ years of experience in tech and fintech, specializing in Go-To-Market strategy and digital growth. During her decade-long tenure, she led the expansion of Alibaba and Alipay into 10+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, while building the international team from the ground up.
Now, as the Founding Partner of Pachamama Capital – Secondaries, her mission is to provide equitable funding and liquidity for the most audacious talents and investors to drive the next wave of disruptive technology.
Beyond investing, Pamela is deeply committed to empowering entrepreneurs, startups, and charities, with a strong focus on female founders and underrepresented entrepreneurs. Her ambition is to bridge inequality gaps and make a lasting positive impact.
