Hands-on software engineering team leader. Been building secure, scalable, high quality infrastructure around blockchains since before it was cool... and also after it was cool. Employee #2 at Gemini Trust Company, wrote much of the early code, and grew the engineering team from 1 to over 100 people. Now at NEAR AI, building user-owned AI for the world.

My career spans over 35 years of clinical laboratory and management positions as well as commercial roles leading Business Development and Market Development teams globally across Women's Health, Genetics and Genomics. My professional journey encompasses laboratory management, lab development/design, quality assurance/control, alongside a specialized focus in Market Development and Commercial Sales in the Genetics/Genomics and Fertility sectors. Recognized as a thought leader, my portfolio includes numerous scientific articles, abstracts, and book chapters. In addition, I am certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a Technical Supervisor in Molecular Diagnostics. In my current role as Chair of the Preimplantation Genetic Testing Special Interest Group (PGT SIG) for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), I continue to lead and innovate. My past positions include Chair of the ESHRE PGD Consortium Steering Committee and a member of the special advisory group for GenQA, a global external quality assessment scheme based in the UK. These roles underscore my commitment to elevating standards and practices in reproductive medicine globally.
