Coming up on 6 years as a crypto-native people ops lead, I've covered nearly every seat in the HR & People suite. My deepest passion and experience lies in talent development, self management, and open source culture. My conflict resolution background in Restorative Justice lent me some early understanding of decentralized power structures - and equipped me to help teams lean into growth moments and to help leaders conduct themselves in compliance & compassion so that people only have good things to say about their project. I have a researcher approach to HR excellence (I've run a guild for this purpose the past 2 years) and am always hunting down key tactics and best practices in my field.
