I partner across our GTM teams at OpenAI on planning, strategy, and execution. With more than a decade of experience in finance, I've led revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, executive reporting, data analytics, resource planning, target setting, and more. Prior to my work in tech, I've held roles across investment banking, capital markets, economic consulting, and securities trading.

Kathy comes from CoinList, a premier token sales launch platform where early adopters invest and trade digital assets. She joined as an early employee building up the initial framework and processes to scale the token sales product, where today over $1.1B has been transacted to over 1M token recipients. During this time Kathy pitched and structured the first ever community sale structure to Flow, which later became the market standard sales structure thereafter. Later, she also started to work on the CoinList Seed Program, an initiative aimed to accelerate the next generation of crypto builders by aiding companies in securing funding, building awareness, and making key relationships. In 2022, Kathy fully took over and led the Seed Program where she piloted the investment process for investing into select projects off of the CL balance sheet. Of the teams who partook in CoinList Seed, over 50% have raised follow-on funding and 20% of projects have launched a token, In total, 64 projects (out of >2500 submissions) were selected and over $350M follow-on funding was raised to date with top venture and crypto funds either co-investing or following on to CoinList Seed projects.
