Welcome! I am a driven professional with a background in Health Science and a minor in Business Analytics from Temple University, where I graduated in May 2023. Currently based in New York City, I am a senior client associate, specializing in project management to solve client pain points through strategic partnerships and data driven results with cross-functional collaboration to refine go-to-market strategies. My experience spans various roles including Growth Associate at Stripe, where I managed the relationship of over 100 enterprise stakeholders and accounts to upsell Stripe products and increase customer retention. Project Manager Engineering Intern at Amtrak, where I utilized SQL and Tableau to streamline reporting processes, and Project Manager Intern at Blackstone, where I led successful event rollouts and cultivated strategic relationships. At FS Investments and Northwell Health, I gained valuable insights in sales and distribution, data analytics, and change management processes. In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Product Manager Certification from Product School, completed in January 2024, enhancing my skills in product management and development. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, and project management tools such as Jira and PMP methodologies. My passion for problem-solving, stakeholder management, and data analysis drives my commitment to delivering impactful results in collaborative environments. Outside of work, I have held leadership roles, including Vice President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Delta Mu Chapter (2022-2023), where I oversaw various initiatives and community service events.
