I am a Clinical Director and Innovator Liscenced as a Master Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. Over 10 years experience supporting people struggling with mental health and substance use problems, and innovating the systems that provide support for these folks. My work is informed by relational collaborative, anti oppressive, non-pathologizing, feminist progressive methods to counselling. I work with folks to question the effects of traditional therapy and collaboratively and compassionately reimagine responses to human suffering and hardship.
