I'm a scientist who loves solving people puzzles, having spent the majority of my career building systems and programs that can support people on their learning and development journeys. I like to develop plans, curriculums, build processes, and execute the plans while developing good relationships throughout. I have significant experience in project management, program design, development, and implementation; stakeholder and vendor management, corporate innovation, venture capital and leadership development (via coaching). I am so often inspired by the innovators and change-makers with whom I have worked, and have been privileged to help many of them turn their concepts into reality.
