My passion is supporting human flourishing—helping people move from burnout, stress, and disconnection into vibrant, purpose-driven wellbeing. We’re living in rapidly evolving times where technology accelerates everything—from communication to innovation—yet also amplifies fragmentation, loneliness, and disconnection. In high-pressure technical environments, it’s easy to fall into cycles of overwork and under-fulfillment, stretched thin by demands that outpace our biological capacity to keep up. With a background in software development and corporate training, I understand the pull toward living in problem-solving mode—and the quiet ache that surfaces when something essential feels missing. As a certified Body-Mind Wellness Coach, I help individuals and teams reclaim their innate human capacities—working with, rather than against, their biology to unlock creativity, clarity, resilience, and authentic connection. Chronic stress and burnout aren’t just personal challenges—they are physiological states that shrink empathy, limit curiosity, and fracture our ability to stay open and collaborative in times of uncertainty, disagreement, and change. Through personalized coaching, workshops, and talks, I offer practical, science-backed pathways to regulate the nervous system, expand emotional range, and rekindle a sense of purpose and belonging. My approach blends embodied practices with neuroscience and frameworks like Polyvagal Theory and Spiritual Intelligence research. In the Age of AI, what sets us apart—and brings true fulfillment—isn’t just what we know, but how fully we inhabit our lives and connect with others. Over the past few years, I’ve found myself most energized when I’m helping teams stay organized, translating big visions into tangible plans, and making sure the details don’t get lost along the way. I’ve worked across styling, content creation, and marketing—and I’ve worn a lot of hats in between. What ties it all together is a passion for storytelling, problem-solving, and creating work that feels thoughtful and impactful. I’m someone who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and genuinely enjoys making creative work work.
