As a Data Analyst with over 5 years of experience, I specialize in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Currently, I contribute to the NEHR project at Synapxe, where I collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and guide healthcare institutions through early data contributions. My prior roles include leading analytics initiatives at 8BIT, where I analyzed user behavior and app performance to improve engagement and retention, and Smart Solutions, where I supported clients with data-driven decision-making strategies.
I hold a Master's in Enterprise Business Analytics from NUS, where I honed my skills in big data engineering, RFM segmentation, and customer lifetime value prediction. As the CEO for Find Your Next Office , i am responsible for building up a solid base of reliable and curated workspace vendors across Asia Pacific, driving revenue/ market share, providing businesses with all options of workspace solutions, ranging from Flexible workspace solutions, Premium Grade A office, High tech Business Park or hybrids. As well as providing up to date workspace strategy , i.e workspace optimisation , analytics and architectural support. 
I'm a founder, writer, and systems thinker with 15+ years of global experience driving community-led growth across startups, executive education, civic innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
From launching ventures in Brazil and Southeast Asia to scaling communities across 80+ cities in Africa and APAC (as Global Community Director at Startup Grind, 2014), and later leading U.S. expansion to 70+ cities at Timeleft (2024), I’ve built infrastructure that turns vision into action by designing systems where trust, belonging, and participation fuel real-world impact.
In my most recent role as Head of North America at Timeleft, I led rapid GTM expansion, strategic partnerships, and team growth—doubling revenue and bringing meaningful, in-person connection to urban centers across the U.S. Previously, I directed global ecosystem growth for Startup Genome, advised the Malaysian government on community-led innovation, and launched On Deck’s first global fellowship for community leaders.
I believe community isn’t a feature, but a strategy. Since 2018, through my consultancy Hacking Communities, I’ve helped mission-driven organizations shape brand narratives, design scalable systems, and build communities with heart and clarity.
Today, I continue this work through Nest & North: a storytelling-driven journey for creative, intuitive leaders navigating identity shifts. I’m also reimagining how local communities can better support ambition and caregiving—especially for parents.
Having lived and worked in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Malaysia, Mauritius, Portugal, and the U.S., I bring a deeply multicultural lens to everything I build. As a mother, I’m more committed than ever to designing systems that allow both growth and gentleness to coexist.
