I like hard problems and love making new things. I increasingly ground my work in three anchor practices: Optimism, confident in the belief in better futures for all where many things are infinitely possible; Pragmatism to make hard choices with limited resources and time; Humanism because many unintended outcomes are foreseeable and preventable when we are humble enough to pay attention. Making new things in small and large businesses alike can be hard. I focus on addressing the the points of friction in order to create high performance product cultures.
