I am a recent graduate from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, having completed a major in Political Science while being on the Pre-Law track. My experience in the liberal arts setting of Colorado College allowed me to scratch a number of intellectual itches in the classroom, through networking opportunities, or the various career oriented roles I have served in. Included in those roles are an internship in the 4th Judicial District Court House and a United States Senate Internship with Sen. John Hickenlooper. At the same time I have pursued my legal and political passions, I have maintained devotion to the great outdoors. Namely, I have been fortunate to begin a career in professional fly fishing through guiding some of the greatest rivers Montana has to offer. I am always open to new opportunities for adventure and growth-- whether it be in a courtroom, a legislative chamber, or on a raging river.

Code-literate and able to build front-end applications that can accept user input, interface with APIs, and cleanly present formatted data in a web interface: CSS, HTML, JavaScript (coding bootcamps are awesome!). I have 13+ years of overall experience specializing in managing and executing successful projects. Currently, my main focus is in Agtech with previous experience in the consumer electronics, ioT, wearables, and e-commerce spaces. I have also project/program managed in the following areas: education, market research, OCM, ERP, and event management. I am well versed in Project Management tools, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. I love tracking various developer productivity metrics to ensure our team is fully supported, engaged, and on track. I enjoy stepping outside of my role to help others where I need to regardless of what is sent my way. This ensures we fully focus on our goals and tasks at hand. I believe relationship building, cross functional collaboration, transparency, and being proactive are just some of the ways we excel together! At Blue River, I program manage AgTech initiatives to build the next generation of smart agriculture equipment to manage crops at a plant-level through artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and robotics. At Juul, I supported 3 company critical Firmware programs currently in and through various stages. At Fitbit, I was the only full-time Release Manager (globally!) while still upholding my role of Scrum Master/Program Manager for iOS, Android, and Web Feature teams. In addition, I was a Scrum Master for the Client Data & Tools team which focused on build and release tool development.
