Formerly as a Co-Founder and CEO at Cut + Sew / Zoned Gaming (acquired by NASDAQ: $GAME) Sean added tremendous value to brands of all shapes and sizes as both an advisor, investor, and agency of record by helping companies establish product market fit, developing and expanding brand image/positioning through go-to-market strategies and impacting operations via partnerships, hiring, and strategic fundraising. Under Sean's leadership, the two companies serviced the biggest brands in the world such as McDonalds, Mastercard, PRIME Hydration, Twitch, YouTube, Warner Records, EA, Coca-Cola, Xbox, Dreamville Records, Converse, Cash App, Six Flags, Call of Duty League, HyperX, NCAA, Amazon, MGM, Venmo and Major League Baseball, and many more.
Additionally, within Gamesquare, Sean helped launch and build three separate entities including a youth focused content studio, consumer products division, as well as a game studio and Web3 agency.
Altogether, Sean has successfully exited five different companies - two of which he co-founded, the other two as a partner and the fifth exit was recorded via an SPV investment.
Sean also has a passion for venture capital, which has been a core thesis built off the back of his agencies. He holds investments in several unicorns and has a diverse portfolio that spans sports, gaming, CPG, real estate, tech, web3, and fashion, both domestically and internationally.

His agencies have partnered with brands including Converse, McDonald’s, Epic Games, Paramount, PRIME Hydration, Twitch, YouTube, Warner Records, EA, Amazon, Major League Baseball, Dreamville, Jack in the Box, Coca-Cola, MGM, and more.
Within GameSquare, Devon helped launch multiple business units, including a Gen Z–focused content studio, a consumer products division, a branded game studio, and a Web3 brand consultancy. He later served as Head of Creative and Strategy for the holding company, where he developed owned IP and refined market positioning to drive new revenue opportunities.

Before becoming an entrepreneur in the music business, Daouda graduated from Northeastern University School of Business with a degree in Management Information Systems and worked on Wall Street at Tudor Investment as an information technology analyst. Daouda worked full-time while simultaneously attending school and contributing to the culture of internet-fueled file-sharing that preceded the music streaming era.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Daouda grew up practicing meditation, yoga, and Tae Kwon Do. Now, Daouda leverages the power of intentional breathing to overcome obstacles and manifest surprising advantages for his creative collaborators. Daouda is a steadfast champion of transparency, consent, education, and artist development.
