LPL Financial, the nation's largest broker-dealer for independent financial advisors. At Maupin Financial advisors, Tyler was an investment associate and licensed broker, where he helped families grow and manage their investment portfolios while planning for life's most important moments.

Formerly acting as the Group Blockchain Lead at De Beers Group, Neo led the development and engineering effort of blockchain initiatives in value-chain traceability and digital asset development across the group of companies. He has been serving as Director of Technology at Oxford Blockchain Society, and technical advisor for UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies, blockchain-related startups and EC-Council as their Senior Member of their Global Blockchain Advisory Board and Cyber Research Editorial Board. Neo is also a full member of IET, IEEE, CIIS, and holds a PhD in Engineering – Distributed Intelligent Systems (in view) from University of Cambridge and a MSc in Computer Science from University of Oxford.
