I have a Master of Public Policy from Loyola University Chicago and Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Nine years experience in the immigration and mobility space at Envoy Global. I am responsible for business development / RFP processes, internal project management, corporate immigration strategy, and helping businesses navigate the complex and dynamic immigration landscape. I have also contributed to the growth and retention of Envoy Global's client portfolio, which includes Fortune 500 companies and startups. I am also interested in the intersection of public policy, immigration, and technology, and how they can shape the future of work.

As the Global Mobility Partner at Blommer Chocolate Company, I lead the strategic development and execution of our global mobility programs, ensuring a seamless and compliant relocation experience for our international talent. With a keen focus on enhancing employee experiences and driving organizational success, I manage the end-to-end mobility process, from visa and immigration services to relocation logistics and cultural assimilation support. My role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that address the diverse needs of our global workforce. I leverage my experience in global mobility and my expertise in immigration services to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and foster a supportive environment for our expatriates. Prior to joining Blommer, I was the first Immigration Specialist at Envoy Global, where I played a pivotal role in serving as in-house Immigration and Visa Consultant and Point of Contact for our Enterprise Clients. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in immigration, client management, regulatory compliance, and cross-border mobility, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in global talent management.
