At Intellext, we’re developing AI platforms that empower intelligent agents to operate across multiple domains, including contract negotiation technology, where agents collaborate in real-time to reduce friction and drive smarter decisions.
Our core technology is protected by U.S. Patent 11,593,685, awarded prior to OpenAI’s public release of ChatGPT in late 2022, with additional provisionals advancing agent orchestration and blockchain monetization strategies. We envisioned early on that negotiation is not a one-time event, but a continuous, adaptive process—powered by AI agents that understand context, monitor agreements, and evolve with business needs.
