At UTA, Kendall founded and led the agency's first digital strategy division. She later co-founded UTA IQ, the data and insights department that transformed how talent and brands use analytics to expand audiences and unlock new opportunities. Earlier in her career, Kendall built Ellen DeGeneres' award-winning social media presence, pioneering some of the first-ever real-time audience engagement strategies, a model that became the foundation for digital influence in entertainment.
