I am a fifth year Ph.D. student and J.D. candidate as part of Vanderbilt University's Ph.D. program in Law and Economics (degrees expected May 2027). My research fields are environmental risk and regulation, and my interests include applying microeconomic concepts to understand enforcement & compliance of environmental statutes and regulations, the social cost of greenhouse gasses and regulatory impact analyses of environmental regulations more broadly, the Clean Air Act, nuclear energy, and administrative law.
