Anuj embarked on his professional journey as a bright-eyed graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Nagpur. With a passion for technology and a drive to make an impact, he has worked with Tech and Analytics Giants like ZS and Forcepoint.
Before stepping into his role as a full-time at ZS, Anuj gained valuable experience as a BTS - Associate Intern at ZS Associates, a role he held from December 2021 to May 2022. His outstanding performance during this internship earned him a pre-placement offer, a testament to his capabilities and dedication.
Further, starting as a BTS - Associate in the Business Technology Capability Group at the Pune office, Anuj quickly distinguished himself through his dedication and expertise. His proficiency and stellar performance didn’t go unnoticed; within just two years, he earned a promotion to BTS - Associate Consultant. During this time, he became an integral part of the Big Data Pod, contributing significantly to the ESCoE and EDM teams.
Anuj's technical journey was marked by his deep involvement with Microsoft Azure and its suite of services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics. His skills also extended to AWS Cloud, where he adeptly managed services like EMR, EC2, Glue, RDS, and S3. His expertise in these cutting-edge technologies not only enhanced his role but also positioned him as an asset to his team.
Beyond his professional achievements, Anuj demonstrated leadership and a commitment to his peers as the General Secretary of the Students Affairs Council (SAC) for the academic year 2020-2021. His knack for balancing academics with extracurricular activities was also reflected in his success in competitive exams. He qualified the GATE 2021 exam with an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 5334 and performed admirably in the AFCAT 02/2021 written exam.
In August 2024, Anuj transitioned to a new role as a Software Engineer II at Forcepoint. Here, he continues to explore and innovate in the realm of data platforms, focusing on integrating and warehousing data on Databricks platforms from various sources.
From his early days as a student leader to his current role as a software engineer, Anuj’s journey is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence and his unwavering passion for technology.
