As an accomplished CTO & CIO I have held various roles across multiple global organizations and sectors from start-ups through to global companies. I work effectively as part of the senior leadership team including collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement ambitious and innovative digital strategies.
I have effectively led digital transformation and change while establishing comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps. I adopt a pro-active approach to coaching and training to build high performing technically excellent teams while also working in partnership with third party vendors.
Throughout my career, I have leveraged my technical expertise to drive innovation and utilize the right technology to drive continuous improvement and performance, and delivery the right solution to the market (or internally) in the right time-frame, and on budget.
I have deployed agile processes, transformed legacy systems, and utilized artificial intelligence and machine learning effectively. In various roles, I deploy cloud solutions, management information and cyber security standards, and create clear digital and process controls particularly around product development.
I have experience in building high performing teams, managing large budgets, and supporting start-ups through to a successful exit. I enjoy a challenge and pro-actively seek to create an innovative and dynamic culture where technology and product-market fit are at the core of the overall strategy.
