TL;DR:
I Write Software. 5+ years of experience (2 years in Software Engineering & 3 years in AI/ML).
Hi, I am Hamza, an Erasmus Scholar and Senior Software Engineer. I love coding, problem-solving, and am passionate about utilizing new technologies such as web, image processing, deep learning, and cloud computing to develop innovative solutions.
Recently I got selected as one of the top 3 in my country for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship. I'm obsessed with images and have always wanted to work with them. That’s why I decided to go abroad and join this program. This program covers everything from advanced image processing to deep learning, which is exactly what I wanted to focus on. Studying in different countries every six months through this program has been an incredible experience.
Previously:
I graduated from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences with a Medal. My final year project was a mobile app to help visually impaired people using image processing, machine learning and computer vision algorithms. My work experience started right after my 4th semester as an undergraduate when I completed my internship and learned to write professional code in Python. After learning the skills to work in industry, I got attached to a startup in the United States remotely, where I developed websites and worked on neural networks and forex trading.
After graduation, I joined a multinational company and started working full-time as a software engineer. I worked there for a couple of years for their client, Marks & Spencer, and received great appreciation from the client and the company. I enjoyed my time adding value for the millions of users using our developed software, generating revenue of around a billion dollars. The culture was great, and the people there were like a family (I miss them all :'). However, the work could sometimes feel monotonous, which is why I decided to transition to a fast-paced startup. The new environment challenged me to grow technically and professionally.
Meanwhile, I already had started finding freelance work to keep me dynamic and utilize my full potential. My projects mainly relate to the web, cloud, and machine learning solutions. I got to work with hundreds of clients worldwide, which opened up my vision beyond any horizon.
I like to interact and socialize with like-minded people. I always seek to add value wherever I go and implement solutions to complex problems.
Let's connect, and I am sure we can learn from each other :)

Let’s connect! 🚀
I'm a writer, editor, and storyteller with experience writing for publications and newspapers. I began my career in journalism as a subeditor and feature writer, before moving on to an exciting tenure as a content developer in the higher education sector.
After earning an MA in Cultural Studies from Dartmouth College to broaden my creative and research canvas, I rejoined Habib University as a Manager, Content Strategy, and now lead editorial efforts with impactful, holistic storytelling showcasing the University's impact in the wider landscape of higher education. Blending investigative journalism with content strategy, I work to enhance our institutional newsletter with heartfelt feature stories, frequently author pieces for Habib's website, edit and publish faculty op-eds and student blogs, and manage creative projects.
In my free time, I love diving into good fiction, reading cultural criticism and philosophy, watching kdramas, and absorbing inspirational narrative writing techniques (like Joan Didion's!) - a craft I wish to keep honing and nurturing. I'm also an avid researcher interested in literary cultures, media, art history, and gender.
Since mid-2021, I've immersed myself in the Web3 ecosystem, contributing to various projects that showcase my expertise in the following areas:
1. AA-ERC4337: Developed smart contract wallets, social recovery, and paymaster smart contracts to facilitate non-native payments.
2. Game-fi: Implemented non-collateral lending and borrowing systems with a reward-sharing mechanism.
3. Defi: Developed a DEX aggregator, concentrated liquidity manager and limit orders on to of CoW swap.
Presently, I work at CashFlow App its a all in one Defi Application, where I develop Vault contract which integrate different DEXes(zapIn Single and zapIn Dual feature), farming, and staking across diverse blockchain networks to compound users' earnings.
While this overview captures the essence of my work, there's certainly more depth to explore.
