I’m a climate and sustainability + venture investment leader at Cisco, driving our work at the intersection of venture capital, impact innovation, and sustainability strategy, under the leadership of a stellar team - Francine Katsoudas (EVP), Mary de Wysocki (Chief Sustainability Officer), and Kelsi Doran (Senior Strategy Director).
As Co-Founder and Partner of the Cisco Foundation’s Regenerative Future Fund ($50M+), I’ve led 15+ early-stage climate investments in climate tech startups across carbon, energy, resilience, and nature, including Terradot (enhanced rock weathering), Chloris Geospatial (forestry AI & satellite), CarbonBuilt (low-carbon cement), Ecotone Renewables (food waste), and Alchemy CO₂ (carbon utilization). I also developed Cisco’s first holistic sustainability investment strategy, working across Cisco Investments and Corporate Development to drive strategic deals in clean energy, circularity, and infrastructure resilience.
Within Cisco’s Purpose & Sustainability Strategy team, I lead on the innovation and market-based solutions side — helping the company meet its climate goals through emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and product alignment + elevating our philanthropic climate innovation work.
Earlier, I worked at Microsoft (sustainability industry strategy), EQT Partners (impact investing), and Third Sphere (seed-stage climate tech). I also held investment and policy roles at private equity fund British International Investment, the European Bank (EBRD), and the United Nations' Development Programme.
I hold degrees from Columbia University, Sciences Po Paris, and an MBA + Environmental Engineering diploma from UC Berkeley, and have been recognized as a Bleustein-Blanchet laureate, Max Planck Institute fellow, and CELI Fellow.
Born in Paris and now based in San Francisco, I’m passionate about sustainable and impactful solutions that scale — and always up for good food, art, or a mountain escape.
