Usha is a purpose-driven leader, active founder, and ecosystem builder in the startup scene, and strategy consultancy area. Since 2017, she has built 2 cleantech startups, FLUXER (Invention of Solar Resonant 3D Wireless Charger that wirelessly charges all devices using solar energy as power source without batteries, utilization in F & B outlets for B2C usage) and Carbon Tree (a B2B & B2C startup that is supported by McKinsey, Carbon Tree converts all plastic cup wastes generated from retail outlets and the rural community converting them into secondary products. 30% of the client sales are invested into these rural communities for the livelihood). Over these years, she has overseen partnerships, the development of startup ecosystems and communities across regions. Usha proudly leads her incubation company, Bluepreneur Asia in incubating and scaling APAC startups solving world's pressing problems in the sustainability, clean tech and blue tech sectors with resources and market expertise. She empowers these startups through Bootcamp programs, sustainable impact consultancy programs, community building programs, fellowships, mentorships and educational social impact workshops. She believes that acceleration of impact and value creation happens faster with collaboration levels and not silos. A fellow for Young Southeast Asia Leadership Initiative, where she runs environmental initiatives, research and teaching current fellows associated with EWC and Washington DC. Ambassador Kirk Wagar is Chair of Wagar Global Advisors and a Partner in Mount Row, a global investment firm and alternative asset manager based in Singapore, Dubai and Miami. Wagar utilizes decades of experience at the intersection of public policy and business to solve complex problems for clients across the Asia-Pacific region and throughout the Western Hemisphere. ‍ Wagar served as the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore from 2013 to 2017, working with many of the over 4,000 American companies based in Singapore to navigate the issues businesses face throughout Asia as well as spearheading foreign direct investment into the United States. ‍ Prior to his Ambassadorship, Wagar served on the Export-Import Bank Advisory Committee for the 2011 and 2012 terms and served on the Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee in 2010.
