Daniel Berman is a Animation/Post/Broadcast/Creative Producer, Published Writer, Improvisor, and Cartoonist, who has many years experience creating content for everyone including you. HBO, PBS, SNL, Cartoon Network, McDonald's, Reebok, The Huffington Post, NPR, AOL, Nickelodeon, Neosporin, Honey Nut Cheerios, Chase, Jolly Ranchers.
Recent freelance/full-time work: Publicis, Area23, FCBH, Co-Lab, Nice Shoes, CHRLX, Perception NYC, Transistor Studios, Grey, Townhouse, Havas, Hogarth, Nickelodeon Studios, hot dog stands and ice cream parlors.
Daniel has produced lots of Broadcast spots, a slew of short-form/long-form, branded content, and still other material designed solely for social media purposes.
He also produces feature docs touted at SXSW, he is a contributing writer to the popular WORSE THAN YOURS book series, as well as scribe for many personal essays and articles for periodicals ranging from Mental Floss to the Forward. As an animator, Daniel has worked with Ed Mundy (Cartoon Network, Archer, FX, Electric Company), OddTodd (ABC Nightline, Comedy Central) and Chris Dimino (Latenight with David Letterman).
Additionally, for the last 15 years, Daniel has served as a resident technical improvisor at Amy Poehler’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in NYC where he can be found almost every Sunday working their flaghship show Asssscat. He still resides there but told linkedin he is not, so that it is not at the top of his work history.
