I’m a data governance and digital transformation specialist with over 30 years of experience designing and implementing inclusive, ethical, and scalable digital systems across international development, public health, and humanitarian sectors. My work bridges technical strategy, policy innovation, and human-centered design to help governments and global institutions harness data for good—while protecting the rights and dignity of individuals. Most recently, I was a Senior Digital Development Advisor at USAID's Office of Digital Technology where I led and supported cross-sectoral efforts on responsible data governance, privacy, interoperability, and digital public infrastructure (DPI). I’ve supported country governments and teams across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and advised major multilateral organizations including the World Bank, UNDP, WHO, and UNAIDS.
